Instructions
For Kegging
Add 2Kg of white sugar and 2-3L of boiling water to a Cornelius (type) 19L keg; swirl the keg until the sugar is dissolved.
Add about 10 L of water
Add bottle of Flavour concentrate
Top up with water close and invert the keg several times to ensure complete mixing
Chill and carbonate to 7-9 g/L of CO2 (3.5-4.5 Volumes)

Good clean potable water is acceptable but filtered water will give the best results.
For Splash & Dash
If you would rather make syrup that you dilute with soda water
Dissolve 2Kg of sugar in boiling water, allow to cool add 750mL bottle of Flavour Concentrate top to 3.8L with cold water (keep refrigerated)
Add a dash of your Syrup and dilute with 5 times as much Soda Water, Stir and Enjoy
The amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste
